I'd like to put my website on sale to anyone interested. I've been really busy lately with my full-time job and been turning down service calls except regular clients and web projects.

I used wordpress as the site's platform and if you're not familiar with wordpress, I'm willing to help customize the text, logo, images and keywords to anyone who'd buy. This is really good especially for those who wanted to start their own computer repair website with very little work.

I'd like to sell it for only $1000 USD (negotiable), On sale exclusively on technibble until June 1st - after that, I'll probably work on it's ranking and income potential then place it on flippa for a better price.

the 204 likes are all "legit" likes from coworkers and friends, I only used "fake" likes on my facebook fanpage which is http://www.facebook.com/pages/Techno...5351483?ref=ts

the 500+ likes I offer is only for facebook fanpage and not really for websites or url outside the facebook domain.

It makes sense that your site would be 1 for its own name. Thats generally not how consumers find computer repair services though. If you have it ranked for anything significant, you might want to add details.

Google Page Ranks and what they mean in simple terms:
0] You're not even listed on Google PageRank list.
1] Very poor, but hey - at least you are listed.
2] Poor, but you have potential to move up and it can be done.
3] Average. You have good information and most websites fall in this ball park.
4] Above average. You're sprinting away from the majority.
5] Good. Page Rank 5 will usually pop up on the first page of some searches.
6] Great. You've worked hard and have great information.
7] You're hot and you're one of the top sites. Your peer is Zillow.
8] You’re super hot, and your peers are CNBC, EBay, Bing, American Idol.
9] Everyone wants you, you are like: Youtube, Yahoo, Facebook, Apple, Amazon.

I'm unclear where the value is here. I'm not local to you, I'm not getting your clients, and your website isn't that highly visited. Can you show the value?

I think the price is way to high specially to a group who also provide the same service.

If I purchase your site that means, I have to do some work to improve the ranking. Why don't I just improve the rankling on my existing website?
