Geez, they charge a bundle for seemingly basic tasks. Though, I guess if you were servicing the London area those charges arent so bad. I find that most of these big repair businesses are putting huge amounts into marketing and have to compensate with really high prices.

I guess alot of businesses survive in the PC repair industry because of people who dont know any better price wise.

People over here will pay the higher prices because all they know is the Big PC stores like PC World!

I mean 70 pound and a penny change for installing a piece of software!!

I wonder if we should try doubling our prices and going hardcore in marketing like the bigboys do. It may be worth it. These guys wouldnt exist if it didnt work.
