Bryce Whitty here from Technibble.com and today I am going to share with you a common problem I see with many computer business websites.

Just about every business website has a contact form for your clients to get in touch and they are pretty easy to setup, especially if you are using something like say WordPress. Where you upload the plugin, press activate & you’re good to go. However, most contact forms only have Name, Email and Message fields enabled by default. But they are missing a super important one: the Phone number field.

Without the phone number field, the only way to get back to your client is via email, and in some cases email IS the problem. So take a look at your own website’s contact page, and make sure that you have the phone number field enabled on your contact form. You might be surprised.
