Bryce Whitty here from Technibble.com. And today I am going to share with you why you don’t need to take on every client that comes your way.
I know it sounds crazy when you are first starting out since the goal is to GAIN clients. But you need to remember that every client has a certain overhead cost.
You still have administrative costs like invoicing, answering tickets and even drive time.
When you start picking up clients and your schedule becomes full, its better to spend your limited time on higher quality, more profitable clients.
Some of you might suspect would be a pain to work with, or simply not large enough to make a profit.
Whatever the case, you will need to eventually start prioritising and it’s best to start early and not accept people who you don’t think will be a good fit.
Otherwise you may find yourself in a position where a single client is only 20% of your income, but takes up 50% of your time.
We all have limited time in the day, and spending your time on more profitable clients is the way to make your business thrive.
That’s it for this video, I hope that helps and thank you for watching.
