How do you all put office back into a new HDD without knowing the client's signin information, AND they don't know what they had on before. I don't want to ask for passwords. Apologies if this has been posted before. (I did a thorough search prior to posting) Dell Laptop, Win 10 Home, VER 2004...

I just received this email from Microsoft. Was wondering what everyone's thoughts were as to what might be next? Are they going to make it harder / more expensive for small businesses to legitimately resell computers? I love the professional MS typo.... "October 1th, 2020"...
