Does anyone use Live Chat on their website? I'm trying out Tidio with WordPress. I ask because I'm curious if it has helped any of you all with getting new customers. I'm not sure I need one more thing to keep up with if it's not going to lead to any new clients.

I am doing my website and I don't know if to use the website for marketing only. Or actually sell services and products directly using Opencart. If someone wants a virus removed or their PC tuned up, they request and pay straight through the website. Maybe a hybrid solution with Woocomerce...
