I had a customer ring me in regards to an app/resource called "11504" on their Google Pixel 9 pro. I have no idea about these devices so could not offer a solution. The app cannot be forced quit, so am unsure if it is a legitimate resource built in or not, it is a new phone as well purchased from a Telco.

Some say spyware others say it was a recently uninstalled app. I went down this rabbit hole awhile ago but with different numbers. The uninstalled app is no longer using data but did so in the time frame the phone is reporting. It's reporting with a number (similar to a process ID number) as the app is no longer on the phone so the name is gone.

Exactly that is what this app is doing was the phone still reporting a number after uninstall?

It's the uninstall that caused the number to appear instead of the title of the app as now Android is still tracking some statistics associated with the removed app and using it's process ID#(?) instead. Ask the customer if they recently uninstalled an app(s)?

Would a wipe of the phone be advisable?
No unless it makes them/you feel better. A wipe will remove the numbers but there's really no need. These numbers will disappear in time. I don't know for how long Android tracks deleted app statistics.

The customer rang me on Saturday, I had no idea so honestly said I do not know. Though I also stated I will look into the issue, I had her remove the app, though the random numbers like 2FA codes were appearing. Also of note she has a "Work" profile on her Google Accounts and she is unaware as to what this is. I will contact her today just to follow up as she stated she has a son or something that "Knows a lot about technology". I politely asked her "Well have you asked him yet?".
