I purchased True Image 2009 last week and it occured to me that I should do a restore or mount the image to make sure I can access all my files. It turns out that the mounted image won't grant me access to my "User" account folder. Now, in the event of my computer crashing...the only bloody folder I will want is my User account folder!!!
Previous versions of acronis didn't have this problem as far as I can remember. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a way round it? I'm using Vista and I have a password on the account which could be part of the problem, I'm not sure.
Luckily I run Syncback on a daily basis to sync my User account, but I was hoping to get rid of that.
