App or Wordpress Website for remote checkin for my techs

Anyone know of a App or Wordpress Website that will allow me to have my technicians checkin and checkout when they are at a clients location and perhaps record that location or maybe a job manager?

Or something that allows me to post jobs and my local techs can accept the job at the rate of pay i post. (something like onforce & fieldnation, but just for my local techs).

OnForce is long gone. But you can use FN and WorkMarket which both employ GPS locating. Just not sure of what their pricing would be if you don't use them as a payments.

If it's just GPS locating only there's got to be ton's of options out there given how much parents want to monitor their children
