Backups

I have signed up as a partner with Gillware for data recovery. I have the tools for the basics but will plan to use them for bigger issues. While talking with them, they also discussed recovery options. They offer file backup as well as image backup solutions. Does anyone have experience with them? I'm wondering how they compare to other "name brand" cloud backup solutions.

I believe it was sometime early to middle 2017. IIRC Gillware was actually using Storagecraft's software for their backup offering, though at a discount.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong
