Best gateway ad blocker?

As titled, I'm looking for the best device to block ads at the gateway.

A while ago I built up an untangle for my home network & it seemed to help - I'm ready to do that again soon, and might possibly roll out devices like this to clients if I can find a business-grade solution (like untangle?).

I am aware that untangle has an ad-blocker but wanted to ask if there are any other solutions I should consider.

Untangle has AdBlock Plus

I installed Untangled last year in a VM and the AdBlock Plus app does not block adverts over HTTPS.
