Best solution to screen mirror PC to Apple TV?

Client uses a Mac 99% of the time, but occasionally a PC is used to screen cast to a TV with an Apple TV connected to it.

They are not super tech savvy so something seemless would be ideal.

Any recommendations for software that will allow it?

Free would be nice since it's an occasional use but not a requirement.

You have to have a Miracast capable device on the PC and the TV. Most laptops ARE capable and most desktops are not. Apple TV streaming sticks are not. Roku is. Amazon Fire sticks are. Or you can get a dedicated Miracast receiver.

But..most modern "smart TVs" natively support the Windows "Project" feature, built into Windows 10. Based on Miracast.
