I feel I should know this but it's driving me crazy and I'm not thinking clearly now, so I need some help to regain my sanity.
A friend is having problems when trying to access his ISPs webmail interface. General websurfing is working well but when he goes to log into his webmail, the page sort of 'flashes' a couple of times and then just loads a blank white page with nothing on it. This happens with both IE and Google Chrome that he's got installed, and also with d7's own internal browser, which I must admit surprised me a bit.
The problem is not with the ISP or mail interface because, using his login credentials on my machine, he can log in perfectly well as the attached screenshots show.
I've run TDSS Killer, HitmanPro, MBAM (quick), SAS, JRT and ADWCleaner and nothing much was found.
So what can make three different browsers on the same machine exhibit the same problem? Like I said, I know I should know but.....
