Reboot
This is supposed to be a forum for business owners and true IT professionals. Outside that scope, we generally do not provide technical assistance.
It is not to be mean spirited, but that many repairs require in-depth knowledge and understanding such that we do not want the responsibility of making your problem worse, and also we want a place to call our own like plumbers and electricians and those of other trades who come together.
Generally, the litmus test for "do I qualify" as an IT professional is how you earn a living. If you are working for pay as a technician or in a a related/specialized field (i.e. generally a promotion or specialization requiring past technician experience), and more than half your income is derived this way, then you are one of us. Likewise students actively attending post-secondary institutions of higher-learning or who have actively seeked certifications etc... those who endeavor to become IT professionals having already devastated large amount of resources are basically us years ago when we were apprentices learning the trade.
Other than that, I can advise you to hire a technician or that perhaps rebooting will likely fix it until the next sleep/hibernation cycle.
