Could a TPM's unique ID be queried via a remote user, to be utilized as an identifier for a specific device, location, or individual? It appears that MAC addresses are used for this purpose, and now randomized MAC's are a thing.
I've been unable to find a method to obtain the TPM (2.0) ID on a Windows machine. PowerShell uses 'Get-Tpm' to poll that TPM is present, enabled, etc. A manufacturer ID is returned, but not the unique TPM ID.
Thanks!
