Hey peeps. Just wondering if any of you have professional cleaners on your clientele list and what, if any, scheduling/CRM are they using. Your opinion of it as well.

Thanks!

For a moment there I thought this thread was about having grubby clients and how to go about washing them...

I think he is asking if anyone has clients that are a "Cleaning business" and what CRM do they use? I am assuming he may have the opportunity to setup a client (or family member) who is in the process of/ thinking of setting up such a business themselves and is inquiring as to what CRM Scheduling/CRM are Cleaning Businesses using.

If thats not it, then I have no idea either.

Well, all this chatting amongst ourselves has gone well. Looks like we are on the cusp of solving mokester's question/problem/comment/issue? I'd say a job well done. And I think I speak for mokester when I say, Thanks guys! If only he were here today to let us know himself. That would be great :D

Ha. Looks like half my post didn't go through...weird. Anyway, got it figured out for the most part...there are some specialty products...none I would trust my business to. Think gonna just go with one of the better known CRMs and have it customized to their needs. Thanks?

LOL

Sorry I haven't been checking this sooner...it's really busy and as much as I like hanging out on the boards...I like making money more. ;)

EDIT: Yes a commercial cleaning company. Basically wants web-based CRM, that can do marketing and sales prospect, ticketing, reoccurring, and iCal calendar sharing that will allow his employees (cleaning laborers) to access their calendar but not edit. Most of the ones I found integrate well with google apps but he wants to go O365 so...haven't figured out which one will integrate best but gonna give a bunch a call for demo's and work it out for him. 20+ labor and 3 office staff. Grosses over 5 mil a year. Not the usual company I service...most of the companies I work with require all employees to have email addresses, shares, etc. So them having network resource access is a given. Wasn't sure how to limit this but still give access to scheduling. Gonna go with a CRM solution that can do iCal sharing and just let the employees add their calendar...that's read-only. If they need to add notes to the service or anything like that...gonna have the office staff do it as they are the only ones with access to the CRM.
