I'll try to explain this the best I can but I'm sure this is not possible.

Client wants to create a multi-day event in outlook, but for each day she wants to specify what's happening on that day.

They are roofing contractors so basically she wants to create a multi-day all event (time doesn't matter) that for example reads in a single line through Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and displays as a single bar in the Calendar.

This is easily accomplished but simply making an all day event across those three days.

HOWEVER, what she wants is for the event to have a note visible on that single bar stating for example:

Tuesday-----------Wednesday------------Thursday
[Consult--------------Delivery----------------Install]

Obviously this can be accomplished by creating separate events in Outlook for the corresponding days but then the event doesn't all line up on one line item across multiple days.

Pretty sure this isn't possible just not sure exactly how to word this to search for it.

It's not actually possible as far as I know...

That's what Planner is for! But even then...

Probably going to have to copy / paste an event for each day.

Something like this wouldn't work?

The only way I know of to get a solid band is to make an event span days for an all day event, and then you can't have different text for each day.

yeah, that's not probably going to happen lol. I agree with @Sky-Knight, need planner or use Teams maybe? I just did a shared Teams calendar and that might be an option for so many calendars. Might work!
