I'll try to explain this the best I can but I'm sure this is not possible.
Client wants to create a multi-day event in outlook, but for each day she wants to specify what's happening on that day.
They are roofing contractors so basically she wants to create a multi-day all event (time doesn't matter) that for example reads in a single line through Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and displays as a single bar in the Calendar.
This is easily accomplished but simply making an all day event across those three days.
HOWEVER, what she wants is for the event to have a note visible on that single bar stating for example:
Tuesday-----------Wednesday------------Thursday
[Consult--------------Delivery----------------Install]
Obviously this can be accomplished by creating separate events in Outlook for the corresponding days but then the event doesn't all line up on one line item across multiple days.
Pretty sure this isn't possible just not sure exactly how to word this to search for it.
