Clients Google Profile locked behind a defunct GSuite account.

Clients Google profile is locked behind her CURRENT email but her CURRENT email was migrated away from Gsuite and onto M365 probably 8-10 years ago.

She can't login to her account at gmail.com nor can she login at admin.google.com

Password reset's result in a message (with her email in it):



Domain is at Godaddy.

Is our only option going through the "Own this Business?" route when searching for the business?

well if you have a Google Workspace account, which has email I think. That can get you in the door to talk to someone.
