Greetings all.

Can anyone recommend a reliable cloud backup service where I can login to one control panel and be able to manage all the clients status? I have a client who would like to have cloud back up on all the desktops, including server, but would like to a single login to review the backup status/ restore, etc. I appreciate any suggestions.

Cloudberry MSP using Wasabi for storage is what we just switched to. It has been great. Also integrates with RepairShopr/Syncro so makes billing your clients much easier!
How are you utilizing this? Im using Backblaze B2 with Backupper to a Synology 4-bay for local backup then Cloud Sync to Backblaze.

I've been using Carbonite for 4 years but recently switched to backblaze. I love the simplicity and the price point. It's not like a typical "Single pain of glass" format but it will allow you to view and manage all of your clients in one place. It's a file based backup system though. If you are looking for a full image backup you will need something else. I also have used Acronis, but it seems very glitch y lately.

I have a similar setup with one customer, except it uses Synology's CloudSync software from client to server and server to Backblaze. Not happy with the client to server piece. Are you using the freeware version of Backupper for that piece?

I have a four clients that are using the free Backupper > Synology > BB2. Backupper works fine - for the first few days then craps out with error after error and refuses to upload the backup to the Synology. They choose the free version to test the waters so-to-speak before purchasing, but with it crapping out like does, we are looking for another solution.

To add. My personal backup is my in house server with NextCloud.

After researching the comments here, I decided to go with the Backblaze business group service. It is exactly what I (and my client) am looking for. I will start with their 15-day trial and see how it works out. Thank you, everyone, for your recommendations.
