Content Filtering / Web History Log for Church?

I'm assisting a local church with their computers and network.

The church will be hiring someone to come in and check the web history on all the church computers once a year. They want this extra accountability that will set an extra standard in the life of the church and people's minds.

I've already configured OpenDNS via the router to block objectionable content on the whole network but as mentioned, they are now looking for something that will log the web browsing session for sites visited, etc on every individual computer.

Their goal is to also protect the church staff of being accused for viewing inappropriate content. If ever questioned, they could easily check the web history of the third-party program.

Any suggestions on the best software for this task? Again, they're not looking for another content filter at this point, but something that will keep track of web browsing where the history cannot be easily deleted.

That will monitor like time spent on a website?

Could try Untangle Lite, it's free.

Basically, in other words, they're needing a stripped down version of monitoring software. They're not needing keylogging or anything, just web monitoring.

I looked around some more this afternoon, and it looks like SpectorSoft, K9, or iMonitorPC will do the job.
