What your not recommending DBAN as a main tool for people who want free diagnostics ... what a shame

Well I'm done with my ranting and yes this seems like EVIL 101 but I'll explain in a easy way I had this client that said he didn't need no tech so he searched for a solution he found the right program for the job unfortunately he downloaded the advert one aka trash-ware... needless to say none of his systems work the network is toast and the POS is about to fail... I gladly told him I was inadequate for the job (I know he has backups but for once I wasn't going to remind him) and to call head office and explain what he did...needless to say the techs at head office had a good laugh about it. he got neutralized in never touching it again.

But ya I will help anyone as long as I know what was done to reverse it play the dumb card I have no idea and you f*** it up and your on your own.

I use Partition Magic Via USB - Linux based

Wtf is the .5? I charge $80 initially / then 35 each half hour. Things are sorted within an hour though.

.5 = 1/2 hour. Our shop labor rate is $60/hr. Also the $69.99 is for a service call within a 10 mile radius of the shop. It is $1/mile beyond 10 miles. Two of our shops are in rural areas.
