Creating QuickBooks accountant copy failing when QBW on network share

I have a client that has a QB file that's on a network share which is a Server 2012 Essentials server. I get a "FAILED" after trying to create the accountants copy. Doing some Googling and found some solutions that didn't really work. I did, however find that if I copy the QBW from the server to local computer and re-open it within QB, I can make the accountant's copy fine. It's just a pain in the butt to have to copy it off, make the accountant's copy and then transfer it back. I confirmed that the QB Servicexx has full permissions to the data file, ran a data verification and fixed any and all problems QB found as well.

Fixed

The first or second suggestion on the QB website was to check permissions, stupid me I only gave the QBServiceXX full permissions of the actual file and not the entire folder. Once I realized it probably needed permissions for the entire folder I was able to create the accountant's copy.
