We have a Montessori school client who has been having wifi problems lately (past time for an equipment upgrade). I went onsite today to scope out the problem and get information together for a quote. The 4th grade class had left me a note:

There's no way I'm going to let them down, now. I think I'm going to frame that for my office. :D

That really defines "precious" in the good sense. I'd be holding on to that one, too.

What will be interesting is to see whether a Thank You note to Internet may be forthcoming after all is well again.

Dear: Class
From: Internet

I'm sorry you can't reach me, but I am working fine! Please direct any further complaints to your school and Principal for not spending the bare minimum of cost to fix their INTRANET. While your parents are paying some of the highest costs for your education in the country, your school is not spending nor does it seem to care about your education.

For the fraction of just one student's average tuition fee of $11,314, the problem could be fixed and repaired - but they rather keep that fractional amount to line their pockets, and deny you the access to do your work.

P.S. - WIFI is not Internet. They didn't teach you that in a Montessori School? Thanks!

Sincerely,
The Snarky Internet.

That's sooooo cute. If it was me I'd make some kind of blog, whatever on my website about handling customer requests. When they click on the link it would open those images
