now what i did ,for some reason i have restarted the pc and i run the soft from msi "live update5" and is going for at least 30 minutes and did not shut down yet,

hmm,now i dont know for sure if maybe under load if opening more programs will go into shutting down or maybe is there a soft or driver that will do that..

any advice will appreciate!

thanks

Check if it's overheating or if bad RAM. To me sounds like an over heating issue. Check to see if all fans are working and heatsinks and fans are clean.

hi,the system has 2 big fans and 1 on the cpu ,they are working fine, also there is no dust build on it.

now, after starting the pc about 1hr ago, everything was working right ,i left it alone to run, till i try to install a small software to check for cpu if overheating, and then bingo all freeze up and then i got the blue screen again!

code:

stop: 0x0000009c
0000000000000000
FFFFF80000BA8BB0
0000000000000000
0000000000000000

it looks like it does not like to go under load,
will check the memory ram i guess from dos to see what will come out,
the ram was changed about 9 /m ago they said to the to 2 pc of 4gb each 10600.

thanks...

hi,
the pc still running on the memtest+
and is at pass 12 with 0 errors!,so i think the memory cards are okay,
i guess a driver is doing that ******** down, and i test the cpu if is overheating with 2 softwares and it was at normal,so my conclusion is one of the programs i guess,
i have to do more tests,if not will just do a clean install.

thanks
