I don't like listening to music when doing virus scans. It takes away from my productivity since I usually get caught up into the music and stop working. What I do like to do is some paperwork while waiting for an automated scan to finish, check my email and make some phone calls.

Sadly the only times I get to listen to music is in my car, at the gym or at a party.

I would die if I couldn't listen to music all day long. We have Bose speakers wired throughout our entire storefront, tech room, offices, and upstairs. We stream Pandora or XM all day, every day.

That's about it for me, too. Even when doing paperwork. I'll start playing something but pause it when I want to focus and remember an hour later it's not playing.
