After upgrading to windows 10 and installing new updates the screen auto-rotates when i run an program in windows 10 1st time seeing a unit like this.
Any way to prevent it from going into tablet mode?.

Have you turned off "Tablet mode" in settings?
Yes even with it off it goes into tablet mode very strange.

fixed it
Control panel > progams and features

I removed the Fujitsu button utility and the hot key utility.
looks like it is not windows 10 compatible.
The tablet keys don't work and program forces it into tablet mode only diff now is you have to activate tablet mode in windows 10.

The only problem i still can't seem to fix i updated all drivers but there is a flashing busy circle on the cursor the cpu usage is in the normal range.
i removed most of the programs running in the background uninstalled AV checked still doing it, re-installed a different av same thing.

Have you checked the HDD for errors? CyrstalDiskInfo or GSmart Control?
Image the drive then run a chkdsk to see if it finds any corruption.

I removed the Fujitsu button utility and the hot key utility.
You could also run Bleachbit and CCleaner to remove redundant files/registry entries.
There may be some detritus left from the uninstall

Scanned hard drive for smart errors ,surface error and chkdsk no errors only happened after upgrading from 7 to 10.
Also ran CCleaner and did full cleaning and registry repair as well.

Clean install or upgrade?

Personally, I'd nuke it and perform a clean install with fresh drivers using Desk Update.
