This software appears to be harder and harder to find. This was one of the few links I found for it. I'm keeping a permanent copy in my tools & tricks folder. Thought I'd pass this on as an FYI...

Still links to the appropriate "setupconsumerc2rolw.exe" that performs a viable web install of the Office 2010 Starter Edition.
The license would seem to indicate that if your machine came with the software you should be able to reinstall it legally after experiencing a wipe and clean or maintenance uninstall. YMMV.
