Good computer for The Sims?

I haven't be paying much attention to gaming computers in a while so I am not up on whats what graphics card wise. My daughter wants a good computer for playing The Sims 4. I came across this and on black friday its going to be $500.

that would be fine to run the sim4

My daughter ran the many releases of "The Sims". Once the game is populated and much is going on it needs substantially more then minimum requirements.
