Google Maps API V3 Directions

Hey all, Im quite new to this kind of thing if im honest and I have implamented the new google maps api on my mobile website however I wasnt sure how to get directions from the users current location and then have that information draw the directions in an overlay on the google map to the end location which is my place.

Again im very new to this and I was wondering if anyone had come across a good tutorial for exactly this sort of thing?
