Got this in the mail...

I got this from my mailbox and tore it open without looking at the address window!
After I had 3 heart attacks and picked my self up off the ground I realised they had sent it to
XXXXX XXXXX at my old address. "Old address" meaning that I was 26 Barcelona Rd up till 11 years ago when the local council in all their infinite wisdom decided that we would become 1 Huntingdale Rd!
There were 3 pages of "offences from Sept 2017 back to 1997.
Don't know who this guy is but the Government are going to spoil his Christmas! Lol

The second and third page are similar but more current. The ones that concern me are "Aggravated Assault (with weapon) against former spouse," Aggravated Assault (with weapon) against child other than a relative" and Common Assault on child that causes harm (no weapon) Aggravated Other."
Why is this ar*ehole not in prison? Oh, that's right! There's a few "Failed to appear. In contravention of Court Orders."

Sounds like a real di*khe*d!

I hope the authorities catch up with him!

Just out of curiosity, do you assault women and children? Do you break and enter buildings to commit offence, assault Police or "Or Commit Common Assault on Minor other than a Family Member?"
Then I think there is a big difference between you and him!

Out of curiosity, is the fine more or less if the child is a relative?

In my apartment complex I sometimes get a letter for the wrong box. I have seen threats from courts regarding all kinds of payments due. I have been here almost 3 years and have received threats addressed to someone in my apartment for wage garnishments or arrest to people who left years ago. :D

Yeah, that's why I'm surprised he's not in gaol.
That's a hell of a list of repeated offences! He must have a good solicitor!
 
I would say he is in prison but the left hand will not talk to the right and they will waste money continuing to send out these fines lol
