is a handy, free tool for converting Outlook Express DBX files to either MBX or EML files. EML files can be imported into Windows Live Mail and Outlook by dragging them into the a mailbox window or you can read them in notepad.
It came in handy recently where I didn't have an XP machine with Outlook on it (the standard way of converting) but needed to recover the mail from the DBX boxes.
