Anyone familiar with Helicon photographic software on the Mac? I just got an email plea for help which I don't want to go near. But there's no-one else. He's been in touch with Helicon but they don't seem to be helping. It's to do with connecting to a camera, retrieving photos and doing interesting things with them but there's a disconnect somewhere in the comms. That's as much as I can fathom.

Thanks for the response. I think so. I've never seen it. Just got the email asking for help then got another two days later saying he might have worked it out. So that's a good thing all around I would say.

It's almost magical how something's not working and they immediately send out an email/text/phone call only to have it figured out a few hours later. Have a customer, with a pretty bad memory condition, who's like that.
