Have not seen this issue before when power savings kicks in and it blanks the screen 30 secs after it starts beeping 3 beeps stops 20 secs and 3 beeps in a loop what is odd if i move the laptop or just nudge it stops beeping right away.
I have turned off turn off screen after 5 mins in power settings to always on no beeps after 5 mins all drivers have been updated and bios has been flashed to newest version.
OS: Windows 10 1809

The sounds like something is not grounded if your nudging it and it stops, is the laptop power cable one with a small notch on the "O"

If you pull out the battery and attempt sleep mode same issue

You can use in admin mode the shutdown /h command to force hibernate
