We did that to a guy at work once took an entire roll of pallet wrap and wrapped up his car it was priceless.

Should've just said "I spilt a little water on the keyboard". Who is going to want to repair it knowing that it was a "mouthful of water"!?

And I love how "this and that" is in quotes, like that's literally all the Apple technicians said.

I have all of my pictures from the last 15 years of my life backed up on there
Well if they're "backed up on there", what's the problem? Use the originals. :rolleyes:

Lol... I was thinking the same thing.

I guess you could always get some Nitrile gloves. There has been more than a few times I have worn them when repairing a computer.

It couldn't be water damage though. Clearly the problem is "this or that." It was just a coincidence it quit after a mouthful of water.

Do you think maybe the fact they put it in front of the fireplace to dry might have something to do with it not working?
