I need a phone number for Dell's Parts Dept

Dell support is useless, utterly useless.

Does anyone have a phone number for Dell to order replacement parts? I need to order a keyboard for a relatively new laptop that has spill damage.

I swear one of the reps I talked to sounded absolutely flabbergasted when I said "I just want to buy the keyboard".

I'm tired of calling 12 different numbers and being transferred to every province possible in India....for the past 3 days...

For anyone that cares, the part number is 7CDWJ. It's for a Dell 1764 Inspiron.

Why are you using Dell direct??

Why not just search online for an OEM replacement supplier near you.

I wouldn't go through Dell if my life depended on it!!

Most of the parts like that I get off ebay. I try real hard not to go through Dell, HP, Gateway, etc.

There's 1 listing on ebay and it's not a NEW board which is what I told the customer she would get....
