Imagex bcdboot: failure when attempting to copy boot files

I am going insane. We started using WIMs with imagex about month ago. Everything has been working great, untill...... Recently we have just started having issues. We are getting the error offer when installing 7-64 home premium(it is most common), "Failure when attempting to copy boot files". We are using a standard diskpart script with a standard script to apply the image and run the bcdboot command. The part that is maddening is it is very intermittent. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not. We can run it on a computer and the first three times it fails, then the forth time it will succeed. It seems so illogical.

Just for comparison would you guys who use a script mind posting your diskpart and install script so I can compare and maybe see a subtle difference in the way you are all doing it?

I've had this happen a few times. Trying again or reimaging would fix it.

Since I switched to WDS no issues at all.
