I have a client that uses incredimail as an e-mail client. I built him a new computer. he was running windows xp. Now the new computer is running windows 7 pro 64 bit. To back everything up i use fabs autobackup 4 tech which was great, but it failed to backup incredamail. Which was ok. I went into incredamail and did an easy transfer. Everything backed up no problem. I thought that was the end of it.
Hook up the new computer. I was able to restore everything that fabs had back up. Great thought incredamail would be no problem. But when i did the easy transfer on the new computer it said the file was corrupted and there might not have enough space. I know there is enough space. the primary hard drive is a 180 gig SSD hard drive(with like 100 free gigs). went back to the old computer backed up it again. again no error. On the new computer has the same error message again.
Them i unzipped the backup and was able to get some e-mail. but there were all mixed up. my question is how can i manually backup the files and transfer them over without losing any(even is there are all mixedup) he has like 8 years of business e-mail that he would like to have! your help is greatly appreciated nibblers. to boot i have never used incredamail.
