Internet connectivity/ loading problem

Hi,
I have a problem with the internet on my computer (HP Z210 Workstation, Intel i7, running Windows 10).
If I leave the computer idle for a while or just leave it on (don't have to be idle), the internet stops working. It won't load anything.
I have to restart the computer to make the internet work again. This is annoying.
How can I solve this problem so that I do not have to restart the computer for the internet to work?

Have you tried taking it to a computer technician?

(@Kraken: I think one might have slipped through the net - profile says he's a wannabe from 2018, and his only other content here is a question about how to set up the same computer.)

I would hate to do that and it is only a simple problem such as with the settings on the computer.
