Internet explorer how to make faster

Google has a plugin that uses chrome render engine in internet explorer and makes it MUCH faster i have tested it quite a bit, many customers complain that ie8 is slow but they do not want to change browsers , i install google chromeframe and it runs MUCH faster than before.

Yea i wish i could do that but some customers do not want to change browser no matter how much you tell them about how much faster,smaller and more secure they always go back to internet explorer this way it runs much faster and with older versions it supports the HTML5 canvas tag - right away, even technologies that aren't yet supported in Internet Explorer 6, 7, or 8.

I am actually thinking about switching to chrome. Now with flashblock and AdBlock, pretty much the only things I use in Firefox, I have no real reason to not switch. At least not for my daily regular use.

I prefer the simplicity of the interface more. While it seems a bit faster, I think it is more in my head than anything.

Firefox seems to be headed to try to look like Chrome in the future.

How does that affect people who have to be using IE for their work site due to ActiveX needs?

I always found the best method in speeding up Internet Explorer is running Add/Remove Programs on it

On a serious note, being an avid Firefox user I just can't understand how people prefer IE to other browsers. I understand that in the corporate world you are usually forced onto IE because some business sites will not support other browsers, but on the home front the last thing I would consider is IE.
