Is Regnow.com legit?

I have a client wishing to buy the Adobe Creative Suite CS3 and I have found it on www.regnow.com for £362. Sounds a bit cheap... is it legit?

The url is https://www.regnow.com/softsell/nph-softsell.cgi?items=4519-47

I don't mind that it's a download, but need it to be legal as the client is a Member of Parliament!!

Regnow.com is part of Digital River who are probably the largest software fulfilment company in the world and are used by many software houses for ESD distribution.

Should be totally safe & legal.
