Yes, the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is popular and commonly used, but the Five Factor Model (FFM) is generally thought to be an improved personality measure.

I also find it interesting that so many here are introverts. I mean for a tech it seems normal, but most are also business owners which I would have guessed pushed the results more towards extroversion.

Speaking from my own personal experience, owning and running businesses for most of my life, being introverted just makes it a lot more difficult. I hate socialising and meeting people but I've learned to push myself out of my comfort zone, to the extent that I can do a fairly convincing impersonation of an extravert when necessary. Thankfully I have managed to gradually reduce the amount of times I have to do that by acquiring plenty of regular business customers and ensuring 99% of the work I do can be performed remotely. I tend to also encourage customers to email me rather than phone me. Partly because I don't enjoy speaking to people but also because I find phone calls interrupt my train of thought and disrupt my day.
