[SOLVED] Macbook pro slo on battery power?

Hi Guys, I've got a 2010 MacBook pro here that is incredibly slow on battery power. Mouse seems to jitter around and opening applications takes longer than usual. I tested the machine in safe boot, as well as tested it with a hard drive I have designated for testing macs. I'm wondering if perhaps there is an issue with the battery? Have any of you seen this? What ended up solving the issue?

I have another identical battery in stock. Tested it and the issue remains. I will test the DC in board next. Sounds like it may be a logic board issue.

I've concluded it is the board. If any of you have access to the equipment that may fix this board, let me know. I'll happily ship it to you and pay you for the repair service.
