Hi, just got in a 2020 Macbook pro that my client bought herself when she worked for amazon, she no longer works for them, she tried resetting it herself and couldn't get into recovery without the amazon remote access message. She brought it to me and I managed to wipe it and reload and now getting a Amazon sign in box, no option to opt out of the remote access. Is she screwed? she already tried calling the IT dept. and they didn't have a clue.
