I'm redoing some marketing and I'm thinking I could name my service levels better. Here is what I currently have. Open to critique on the content as well.


Monitoring

Monitor systems for problems
Quick access for remote support
Patch monitoring
Virus protection
Web content filtering
Reduced minimum time for remote support
10% discount on labor



Maintenance

Everything in monitoring PLUS
Weekly maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
Remote virus removal
Backup management
Patch management
Remote diagnostics and repair
System Tune-ups



Helpdesk

Everything in monitoring and maintenance PLUS
Network Administration
Application support
Onsite virus removals
Onsite diagnostic and repair
 
Looks good, however I think you can use the service level names to convey more value to the higher level services. Something like:
  1. Monitoring
  2. Monitoring+Maintenance
  3. Full Service IT Support

I really like this as well, I think I'm gonna go with it and just change the + to a &. Thanks for the tip.
 
That is more of a marketing thing. We keep pretty tight security on our managed machines. Keeping them secured with Antivirus + Malwarebytes + Webfiltering + Cryptoblocker + Various tweaks to improve security. With all that in place the chance of a system getting to a non-bootable state is slim to nil. We also have our contract written that we get to choose how work place takes, not the client.
 
I really like the suggestion that clearly shows three levels and is immediately clear what each provides:
  1. Monitoring
  2. Monitoring+Maintenance
  3. Full Service IT Support
