Need help locating a "toy."

I'm trying to find a balancing toy that I have no idea what it's called. It's not a "Newton's Cradle," as I have one already and it's nothing like the one I want.

It consists of 3 pipes (or tubes) of different length that swing independently of; and with each other.

The pipes are approximately 20cm? 15cm? and 10cm?

TIA to anyone who can identify it for me.

Thank you, yes. This is similar in how it works but the one I want has tubes instead of arms like this.
It is also more graceful in its movement, but the principle is the same.

I do, though mine's been "dry" for some time now. I don't quite know why, but I have always found these entrancing.

I had one of these years ago but as @britechguy stated above it went "dry."
