I'm trying to find a balancing toy that I have no idea what it's called. It's not a "Newton's Cradle," as I have one already and it's nothing like the one I want.

It consists of 3 pipes (or tubes) of different length that swing independently of; and with each other.

The pipes are approximately 20cm? 15cm? and 10cm?

TIA to anyone who can identify it for me.

Thank you, yes. This is similar in how it works but the one I want has tubes instead of arms like this.
It is also more graceful in its movement, but the principle is the same.

Now I want to try and build one of those triple pendulums - I've always been fascinated by chaos theory and this looks right down that alley!

The stuff you can 3D print in the "kinetic sculpture" category these days is wild too.

I should make some stuff for my desk, only problem would be the constant people at my desk playing with them!
