Network Audit/Inventory Checklist

I have to complete a network audit...get a snapshot of the hardware and major software that a company is using. I need a good audit/inventory checklist or worksheet. Anyone have a good document or website they use when logging a clients computer hardware and software?

Great tool Cuban Tech! I ran it on some computers and was loving all of the info it provided. This cuts out 10-15 minutes per machine worth of manual gathering.

JDisc Discovery

you might also give JDisc Discovery a try. Especially, if you use also Linux/Unix systems or virtualized computers.

Wow.. Just tried it out.. Works great, took a few minutes and the report it generates is really nice looking.. Will be using it myself from now on.
