Brand new Dell OptiPlex 3080 has SATA Operation = RAID On. (Supports Intel Rapid Storage Technology).

Should I leave it on?

Got 1 NVMe SSD, so RAID support is not needed.

I know if I leave it on that it will work fine. Should I just leave it alone? Or switch to AHCI?

Am going to nuke and pave so it has a clean installation of Windows 10.

I leave it the way it is. A future BIOS might set back the default way it shipped and then the computer will not boot till you change the BIOS again.

Be careful. I think you have what I ran into here -

I never did successfully resolve the issues. The customer got rid of it because in the short time the customer had it, it had boot issues three different times requiring tech service each time to get it going again.
