Have relocated into a new home yay.

Have an office space out the back - est 50m from main router, currently just working via wifi built in with a longer range antennae.

The connection is not that great, though is an older..very older Dlink G510 card, lol o_O
I know I scavenged it from another machine.

I know dropping a line and linking this to my ethernet which is the main house would be a good idea. I have already made such cable and connected and do manually drag it out when needed to link. Though I cant be bothered with the routing of it from A > B as in trenching the cable underground.

I have been looking at POE would any Australian users here recommended a decent Power over Ethernet Kit, that they have used personally. Thanks

Stay wireless and use Ubiquiti Nanostation?

If you're going with powerline ethernet, you need to make sure the signal doesn't have to go back to the breaker box.

and is that not working for you? I have a wifi repeater about 70m line of sight from the main router and it works a treat. I was all set to run cable underground but there's no need.
