Outlook 2013 user password

Hello everyone, I am upgrading a user system and normally use DL7 or my instant housecall app to retrieve the users Outlook password but for some odd reason that email box with the email accounts and passwords does show up any more. And you know the user doesn't have their password, has DL7 or Instant Housecall app changed? Any suggestions on an app or process to get the user's outlook password?

Yes. I keep a copy (or 2) on my field flash drives - I have to change the extension on the executable to keep it from being deleted by customers' AV. Which always seemed to me to be too easy of a "fix" for this problem. Just changing "exe" to "xxx" shouldn't be enough to get AV programs to ignore a potentially bad program.

My guess is that is lazy coding easier to scan file extensions to enumerate file type than it is to scan file headers.
